Across the stay

Digital concierge for hotels and resorts

The question a guest would have asked reception, answered at 23:40.

A guest wants a table at eight, a therapist tomorrow, a court before breakfast. Reception is the only way to ask, so most guests never do — the request dies as a thought at midnight, and the revenue with it. A digital concierge is simply reception that is awake, in the guest's language, on the phone already in their hand.

Try it

The digital concierge, on a real property

Open the concierge on our demo property and ask it for something. It books against the same live availability a guest would.

How the digital concierge works

  1. 01

The guest asks in their own words

"Somewhere for dinner at eight, two of us." No menu to navigate, and nothing to download.

  2. 02

    It reads your real availability

Therapists, courts, tables and opening hours as they are configured today — never a plausible-sounding guess.

  3. 03

The guest confirms before anything happens

It proposes; the guest taps. No booking is ever made on the guest's behalf without that step.

  4. 04

Your team sees it like any other booking

The same grid, the same list. Anything needing a human lands with them as a task rather than a notification.

A concierge that books through your own systems

It posts to the systems you already run. It never replaces them, and there is no migration.

Your PMS

Bookings that need actioning sync as a task on the worklist, and charges post to the folio exactly as the spa or the courts would.

Your outlets

Spa, courts, tables, golf and experiences — it books through each one's real engine, not a parallel diary.

Your other Doraki products

One guest profile. The person who asked the concierge for a table is the one who bought the voucher.

Which properties gain the most

Properties with several outlets

The more a guest could book, the less of it they discover. One place to ask beats five places to look.

Hotels with an international guest mix

It answers in the language the guest wrote in, so a German family at midnight gets the same service as an English one at noon.

Small teams carrying the phone

Reception stops relaying the questions with one obvious answer and keeps the ones that need a person.

Questions hotels ask about the digital concierge

What is a digital concierge?
A concierge service a guest reaches from their phone instead of the desk: it answers questions about the property and books what the property offers. Doraki's runs in the browser, so there is nothing for a guest to install.
Can it invent something we don't offer?
It only ever reads your configured catalogue and live availability, so it cannot offer a treatment you don't sell or a time you are closed. When it doesn't know, it says so and hands over to your team.
Does it book without asking the guest?
No. It proposes; the guest confirms with a tap. Nothing reaches your diary before that.
What languages does it speak?
It replies in whatever language the guest writes in, and in the same register.
Does it replace our concierge team?
It takes the questions with one correct answer — opening hours, availability, a table for two. Your team keeps the ones that are actually hospitality.
Do guests need an app?
No. It opens in the browser from a link or a QR code, like everything else Doraki does.
How long does it take to go live?
Days. It reads the catalogue your outlets already run on, so there is nothing separate to maintain.
