These Terms of Service govern your use of the Doraki website and platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Doraki provides a take-home concierge platform that enables hotel guests to browse and purchase curated products via QR-enabled storefronts. We facilitate the connection between hotels, guests, and local suppliers.
Hotels participating in the Doraki programme act as the merchant of record for guest transactions. Partner hotels are responsible for VAT compliance in their jurisdiction, product placement in suites, and order fulfilment (packing and delivery).
Guest orders are charged to the hotel room by default. Platform fees are deducted automatically at the point of transaction. Doraki does not issue separate invoices to hotels for platform fees — payouts are net of fees.
All content on the Doraki website and platform — including text, design, logos, and software — is the property of Doraki or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
Doraki is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the relevant hotel partner in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, access to the platform and storefront will be deactivated. Outstanding orders will be fulfilled.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paphos, Cyprus.
