About
So the feeling doesn't end at checkout.
Every guest of a great hotel has a moment they fall for — the scent in the lobby, the wine at dinner, the robe after a shower. Months later they remember the feeling, but not the name. Doraki exists to keep that connection alive, and tie it back to the house for years.
Our mission
Help hotels turn one night into a lasting relationship — without hiring a single new person. We take everything a house invests in design, food and service and give it somewhere to live after the guest drives home.
What looks like a service of care is, underneath, software, supply chain and retail built for one category: luxury hospitality. We'd rather be the grey ribbon on a gift box than the neon sign.
What we believe
Quieter than the hotel
Every surface we make is less loud than the room it sits in — the fonts, the pauses, the timing. The more refined the house, the quieter we are.
Zero friction for the guest
No forms, no sign-ups, no app. The guest opens their phone and it just works. Effort is something we absorb, never pass on.
Full control for the house
The hotel owns the curation, the prices and the branding. We're the operations underneath, never the name on the front.
Care and revenue are one
Every time there's a choice between selling and looking after the guest, we look after the guest — and earn more, because that's what brings them back.
Why now
Three things finally lined up.
01
Emotional luxury grew up
Guests pay for a feeling — a scent, a ritual, a sense of place — not square metres. Hotels know it; few have learned to carry it home.
02
Local craft is ready
Small wineries, perfumers and ceramicists make museum-grade work with no retail channel. They need Doraki as much as the hotels do.
03
No-app is normal now
A guest will open their camera and buy — no download, no login. The technical barrier that used to stop this is simply gone.
